Our Infrastructure Support

We provides a range of technical support services for our customers.

The majority of our customers acquire a high-support service package which
guarantees 24*7*4 service (7 days a week, 365 days a year, 4 hours response time).
We also provides a 24*7*2 service package when needed.

Our Support center is managed by a unified Help Desk Center, where a team of experienced staff monitors and maintains our customers’ systems.
