VOLARO approach to knowledge transfer is based on a cooperative team-oriented style rather than the more typical “turnkey” approach, which often fails to leave the necessary infrastructure in place to ensure ongoing development, implementation, and maintenance.
Our strategy for successful knowledge transfer is to the customer team members with experienced VOLARO’s consultants on all appropriate tasks and at all levels.
